Miss Bliss’s NUT & SEED Loaf Recipe Revealed!
Okay, our dreams have officially come true, Miss Bliss has released the recipe for her Nut and Seed Loaf!
Up until now, this bread has been exclusively available on the Miss Bliss menu. It wasn’t even available to order in bulk or as the loaf itself. You can imagine we were ALWAYS ordering it at the cafe, but now, Miss Bliss (aka Jaqui Toumbas) has decided to do a massive public service by releasing the recipe for us all to enjoy.
Since the day this loaf was introduced on the menu, people (including us) have LOVED this. We challenge anyone who says they don’t like it.
It’s also guaranteed to please your tummy, literally. It’s gluten free, vegan and the recipe contains only GOOD ingredients.
In case you weren’t aware, Miss Bliss encompasses healthy, nourishing and delicious wholefoods, unprocessed and refined sugar free. ALL of their creations are free from additives and artificial substances and support both local and organic produce as much as possible! Now, the recipe.
- 4 tsp psyllium husks
- 500ml water
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pepitas
- 1 cup flax seeds
- ½ cup white sesame
- ½ cup black sesame
- 1 tbsp himalayan salt
- Mix the psyllium husks and water in a bowl - set aside & allow to set to a jelly like consistency
- In a seperate bowl measure out all the remainder ingredients
- Pour the psyllium mixinto the dry mix
- Mix well to combine
- Pour into a lined loaf tin
- Bake at 160 degrees for 50 minutes or until dry
- Let cool completley
- Slice & toast to serve
