Low Calorie Peanut Butter Cheese Cakes

Innocent sounding ‘clean treats’ can often be very misleading… and sometimes not even healthy, as they are so frequently advertised.

At KBSugarfree, we are all about moderation. And whilst we wouldn’t consume healthy cheesecakes daily, we’ve created one that we think is a lot healthier, and easier, than other recipes out there.

Here’s the difference:

No cashews.
No excessive amounts of coconut oil.
No cacao butter.
Not 500 calories.
Simple ingredients. Easy process.
Optional blender/food processor requirement.

So it’s still Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan and Refined Sugar Free.

The products I have used are a bunch of my favourites, including:

Their peanuts are sourced from Sunny Queensland and then travel down to Byron Bay coast to get the party started. No nasties, no fillers, just nuts. That’s why I love it.

Now this is a NEW and one of a kind product from New South Wales, Australia which I am super excited to share. Bee Power Honey is a Bee Pollen and Honey Fusion, packed full of nutrients – including more than 15 amino acids, vitamins B3 and C, and the minerals zinc, calcium, iron and magnesium. It’s low in fat too, with more than a third of the fat it does contain present in the form of the beneficial omega-3 oil alpha-linoleic acid. And perhaps most importantly, thanks to its pollen content, Bee Power’s Pollen Honey Fusion has measurable anti-oxidant activity. It’s a real life, non-complex, super food. Using Australian pollen in its most natural state and 100% Australian eucalyptus honey is what makes this product so effective. Read more about the process and benefits here.

Now these are just easy to use, and delicious. They are obviously individually packaged for snacking, but grabbing one of these from the cupboard  saves you testing other ingredients together to make something that tastes just as good (do you get me!?). Kez’s bars are also gluten free, paleo friendly, vegan, egg free, Australian made, Halal, Raw, GMO free and sugar free. I mean, you could go and spend $20+ on dates, sunflower seeds, cocoa powder, ground sesame seeds, ground chia seeds and make the mixture yourself (those are the legit ingredients, incase you do have them lying around!).
